For the Sauce:

| 1⁄4 cup | Soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | Water | |
| 1⁄2 teaspoon | Rice wine vinegar | |
| 2 teaspoons | Cornstarch | |
| 1 1⁄2 teaspoons | Chilli garlic sauce | |
| 2 teaspoons | Honey |
Instructions:
| 1. | Press tofu for 30 minutes. | |
| 2. | Slice tofu into cubes and cover all pieces with cornstarch. | |
| 3. | Add sesame oil to a pan and brown the tofu cubes on all sides over medium heat. | |
| 4. | Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. | |
| 5. | Once the tofu has browned and crisped, coat the tofu with the sauce and heat for 5 minutes. |
