Ingredients:

| 4 Cans | Beans | |
| 1⁄2 | Orange | |
| 3 Cloves | Garlic | |
| 1 | Onion | |
| 1-2 | Soyrizo | |
| 1 large can | Diced tomatoes | |
| 1 bottle or can | Beer | |
| 1 can | Corn (optional) | |
| To taste | Soy sauce | |
| To taste | Cumin | |
| To taste | Chili powder | |
| To taste | Hot sauce | |
| To taste | Salt & pepper |
Instructions:
| 1. | Sauté onions in olive oil in large pot until clear. | |
| 2. | Add garlic and continue cooking for 3 minutes. | |
| 3. | Add soyrizo and cook for 3 more minutes. | |
| 4. | Add tomatoes, drained beans, beer, orange juice, corn, and stock of water so liquid is about 1 inch above ingredients. | |
| 5. | Boil on low until right consistency, about 40 minutes. | |
| 6. | Add spices to taste and serve. |
