Ingredients:

| ½ Head | Cauliflower | |
| 3⁄4 cup | All-purpose flour | |
| 1 cup | Water | |
| 1 tablespoon | Garlic powder | |
| 1 tablespoon | Vegan butter | |
| 3⁄4 cup | Buffalo wing sauce |
Instructions:
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 450ºF. | |
| 2. | Cover a baking sheet with oil. | |
| 3. | Cut/break cauliflower into bite sized pieces. | |
| 4. | Mix flour, water and garlic powder in a bowl. Then mix in cauliflower bites. | |
| 5. | Line baking sheet with covered cauliflower bites and bake for 20 minutes. | |
| 6. | Heat up butter and mix in a bowl with the buffalo wing sauce. | |
| 7. | Cover cauliflower bites with hot sauce mixture and bake for an additional 5 minutes. |
